AmbioPharm can manufacture chelator-modified peptides as a starting material for radiolabeled peptides or peptide radiotracers. Some examples include synthesis of DOTA/NODAGA-functionalized peptides. These peptides are then often later radiolabeled with 68Ga or 177Lu and used for tumor imaging for diagnosis and therapy or theranostics such as peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT).
Other modifications include peptides modified with di-iodo-Tyr, dehydro-Leu, or dehydro-Pro for reductive tritiation, peptide resin for N-terminal capping with C14-acetic anhydride, and peptides modified for click chemistry introduction of radioactive fluorine isotopes.
